Refund Policy

Within 30 days from the date of the invoice, all sales unless otherwise noted may be returned for a refund. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your products. A 25% restocking fee may apply for all refunds. For any order discrepancy, customers must inform within 7 days from the invoice date for us to diagnose and resolve the product concern accordingly. Most of merchandise unless otherwise noted are shipped with a refund or replacement guarantee.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refunds. For any item returned for a refund, reserves the right to adjust its value. All the returns will be refunded the lower of either the purchase price or the current product price. Customers are responsible for the shipment for all the returns. No refunds after 30 days.

Physical Damage Policy

The manufacturer's warranty will not cover any product which is physically damaged. CPUs burnt which are caused by improper installation of products and / or improper clocking is considered physically damage, they are not able to be returned for a refund or replacement. Physical damage includes improper handling and/or any other type of damage caused by irregular usage. Any physically damaged products will not be accepted by manufacture. All the physically damaged products will be returned to customers at the customer's expense.

Product RMA Procedure only accept the returns with an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Customers must obtain an RMA number before shipping back the returns to Customers must send and RMA Request E-mail to RMA Service including the customer number and invoice number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All the returns must be received by within 15 days. will not reissue or extend the RMA number for the same returns. The RMA number(s) must be labeled on the shipping box(s) of the returned products. The customers are responsible for the charge of the return shipping back to and will not charge you for replacement of  the returned item and ship back to the customers at's expense. Vancouer local customers could complete a RMA procedure in our store with the original invoice.
